Do I have to use a credit card to get started?

No, it’s absolutely free to try out golive.fm for as long as you like. Once payment is processed, ka-ching and ka-tunes!

Can I upgrade and downgrade my subscription plan anytime?

Yes, our super-duper-sophisticated payment service allows you to switch your plan up or down anytime you like. If you upgrade, your new plan will then be in effect for a further 12 months from the upgrade date. The cost of this new subscription will be reduced by the value of your current plan’s unused time.

If you decide to downgrade to a lower plan, you current plan would remain active until the end of your annual subscription, at which point your new plan would come into effect.

And if (sniff…) you decide to kiss goodbye to festivals and ride off into the sunset, you’re also free to cancel your account and remove your data from the golive.fm system. Adiós, amigo!

Our refund policy is simple: If you're ever unhappy with golive.fm, for any reason, just email support@golive.fm and we'll take care of you.
