How much does it cost to use

We’ve made the cost accessible for everyone, with three levels of pricing depending on your needs. Check out the pricing plan. But best of all, is always free to try out – you only pay when you’re all fired up and ready to wow your fans.

Do I have to use a credit card to get started?

No, it’s absolutely free to try out for as long as you like. When you’re ready to slap that web widget onto your event’s website or publish the mobile apps on the Google Play and Apple App Store, you’ll be needing one of those small, flat pieces of rectangular plastic. Once payment is processed, ka-ching and ka-tunes!

In which currency can I pay for supports two currencies: US dollars and Euros. automatically selects which currency to use based on your billing address. In other words, unless you’re located in the Euro zone, $US are used. You can’t choose the currency yourself (unless you choose to pay us in gold bars, which you can deliver straight to our office).

Do I need to download and install any software to use is an online service available from most commonly used web browsers. No need to install additional software on your computer to build your apps and web widgets.

Do I need to have technical expertise to build an app and website widget with

Listen, we wouldn’t be here if it wasn’t easy. If you have a teeny bit of experience using a CMS system for your festival or event, using is a no-brainer. Except that you do need a brain. And should things start to go wonky, you can always shoot an email to our support line, and we’ll make sure you get right back on track.

How long does it take before my apps are published?

What languages does support?

Mobile apps and web widgets support 14 languages (English, Spanish, Portuguese, Finish, French, German, Italian, Danish, Swedish, Dutch, Hungarian, Polish, Norwegian and Catalan), but you have to pick ONE during the sign-up process. The CMS can be used in one of these three languages: English, French and Spanish. You can change your preferred language for the CMS anytime in the account settings.

Do I need to register a developer account at Apple to publish iOS apps?

Yes. The iOS App has to be published under the Apple developer account owned by the festival. One of the benefits is that your app can easily be identified as an official festival app. This also protects your festival brand in case any copyright issues may arise. No worries, the team will help you create your own Apple Developer Account.

How do I install the web widget on my website?

Have you ever tried to embed a YouTube video on a website? Well, embedding the web widget on your site is just as easy. Honestly, a child or an ape could do it. Maybe even a monkey. Once your payment has been processed, you’ll receive access to a short chunk of code, that allows you to embed your event details on your website.

Can I upgrade and downgrade my subscription plan anytime?

Yes, our super-duper-sophisticated payment service allows you to switch your plan up or down anytime you like. If you upgrade, your new plan will then be in effect for a further 12 months from the upgrade date. The cost of this new subscription will be reduced by the value of your current plan’s unused time.

If you decide to downgrade to a lower plan, you current plan would remain active until the end of your annual subscription, at which point your new plan would come into effect.

And if (sniff…) you decide to kiss goodbye to festivals and ride off into the sunset, you’re also free to cancel your account and remove your data from the system. Adiós, amigo!

Can I update the content in my apps after they have been published?

Yup, you can always edit the content of your apps. Go ahead, mess around with your event deets, schedule, artist profiles, editorial pages – getting updated info out to your fans takes seconds. BUT (pay attention now!) if you want to update your app designs and/or layouts, your apps will need to be re-published. This is a longer process that takes around 7 to 10 days.

Can I upload an app-friendly map of my festival?

Yup. Simply upload a PDF map of your festival from the admin console and voilà! Now your festivalgoers can access it on their mobile phones and find the festival fun they’re interested in.

I’m the organizer of a film/comedy/food festival. Can I use

Sure! was originally designed for music festivals, but we’d love to see it used for the International Rodent Racing Festival or maybe poetry.

Can I get a festival partner to pay for my apps?

Yes you can! Just insert your partner's logo or banner as a footer to your app's main menu. You may also want to link this logo or banner to your partner's website. And just like that, you turned your apps into a source of additional revenue for your event!

Now, it's up to you to determine the value of showcasing your partner in your apps.

Will you be making the app available for Windows Phone and Blackberry?

No – for the moment we’re focusing on iOS and Android apps. Like Spock says, “The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few.

What graphic elements do I need to configure the mobile app?

You only really need the app icon. But in order to craft a beautiful set of iPhone and Android apps, we recommend you use the following graphic elements:
  • app icon (1024x1024 px), required
  • menu header (640x240 px), optional
  • menu footer (552x240 px), optional
  • status bar logo (200x88 px), optional
